The question

Rachel,
My sweet baby, accordingly,we enter into a relationship because we believe that the other person offers us many of the pleasurable things that we need at the time ---attention,affection,recognition,intimacy--or helps to ease some of our others fears.
Given that no one is perfect, every one of us will experience some pain in a relationship. However, when the scale tips and the level of pain is so much higher than pleasure,we present ourselves with the question''Is It worth It to stay in the relationship?
As the pain continues to become heavier and heavier, the scale goes up and up and up and there is less and less pleasure.Once we arrive at the point of associating total pain with the relationship,we will end it.

Rachel, putting others first doesn't mean putting yourself last, your happiness matters, too!
So today and every day,do something that eases your stress and lifts your spirits.Hugs and kisses help, because all the good you do will come back to you.Sometimes life is messy--but those who thrive choose to embrace the mess and make it a finger painting and see yourself as a success, and you'll become one.
When you start projecting on the future----and say Oh my God,I gotta do this,I gotta do this and I'm not there yet---Well,Baby cakes,of course you're not there yet because you're here now. That time will come. Please cherishes the little things, try to stay in the moment,no matter what is it.Then stop to feel as stressful.Shrink your worries.Girl, have some fun!
